Shipping Policy

At Vineezo, we take great care in packaging and delivering your products with the highest attention to quality and safety. Please note that all items purchased from our store are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

• Makeup products (for hygiene and safety reasons)

• Handcrafted ceramics (as each piece is unique and may have slight variations that are part of the handmade process)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

While our products are non-returnable, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged during shipping

• Defective

• Incorrect from what you ordered

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by Whatsapp - 7428835968 with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
