5. Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • In case of damage, defect, or incorrect item received, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos. Our team will provide a resolution (replacement or store credit).
